Job title: Customer management specialist (Korean speaker)

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Meeting with Korean customer & managing customer profile.
- Control RFQ (request for quotation) & PO (purchase order) received from customer and follow up to meet customer satisfaction.
- Process all tasks included in before, during & after sales stages
- Co-ordinate with other teams of the company and suppliers for the best working efficiency & result
- Set up plan and achieve sales target
- Periodically make report on AR& AP or other reports on request of managers
- Fulfill other tasks assigned by part-leaders and Korean managers

REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor degree: Major in Economics or Korean
- Excellent in MS office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and advanced computer skills
- Experienced e-Commerce business area is preferred
- Can use English & Korean for daily communication.

- Time, task & deadline management skills
- Teamwork spirit
- Customer-focused attitude
- Be able and willing to work under high pressure
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
